What is the warranty and return policy?
Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your timepiece within 7 days. Please note that custom timepieces are not eligible for return.
Warranty
All of our timepieces come with a 2-year warranty, which covers the functionality of the movement.
For Warranty claims, contact us at thehoodluminc@gmail.com to determine the problem and the most suitable solution for you. You will also need to provide your proof of purchase with an invoice or receipt.
The Hoodlum Inc. warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, including but not limited to impacts, accidents, magnetism, general wear and tear, or breakage. However, we do offer repair and replacement of broken or damaged parts due to wear and tear for a fee. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
When will I get my order?
Once your order has been placed it takes approximately 2-4 business days to assemble. This time period includes ensuring a regulation within -5 to +5 seconds a day, rated water resistance and quality control. Once shipped, your timepiece will be ready to wear within 12-15 days. (Due to tariffs and customs, delivery times may exceed estimated times.)
